How do I register an account?

  • You can register the account by following options:
    • through Google Account
    • through Facebook Account
    • your email address and password
    Please do note that the verification will be sent through the email address that has been submitted. Check your email and click the verify button to verify your account. You then will be automatically redirected to My Gunung Jerai page where you can start exploring the My Gunung Jerai application.

Profile Management


Can I update my account information, including my email address?

  • Yes, you can update your account details such as Profile’s Avatar, Name, Phone No, including your email address, by going to the Profile section via the profile icon in the navigation menu. If you change your email, you will need to verify the new address to complete the update.

Services


How do I provide feedback about a room service?

  • To leave a review, click the Profile icon, go to the Booking section, and select your completed booking. Then, click the Review button, rate the service using the star system, share your feedback or comments, and hit Submit to finalize your review.

What kind of payment does Experience Gunung Jerai accept?

  • On Experience Gunung Jerai, we accept FPX Retail Banking, FPX Corporate Banking, DuitNow QR, Local Credit/Debit Card, Foreign Credit Card, Kiple, Alipay, Boost, Touch n Go, GrabPay, MAE by Maybank2u, ShopeePay and Google Play payment options.
